Hope someone can shed some light on this for me. I'm looking at purchasing a A7ii to go with my WO Z73 for some Astrophotography of Deep Sky Objects, Now I know if I was to Astro mod my A7 at somepoint this would bring improved results but is it a necessary change. can I still bring the colours out of things Like Andromedia without it?

Don't know the A7ii but if it's full frame you will need the flat73A field flattener to cover the full size sensor. I have a ZS73 but need the flat 73A to cover my FX chipped Nikon.

I've got a Flat73 on order along with the E mount bracket for my Z73. looking forward to trying it out soon :) Been enjoying just good old views out of Z73 too
