can registax really process video?

Tried to open short video clips in registax6. All 3 was of registax listed formats. The result is ALWAYS the same: line out of index error or  some meaningless phrase to this effect. Did anybody actually succeeded in processing video? If yes, what is the secret?

I’ve been successfully using Registax5 and 6 for many years without any significant problems.

which camera were you using to generate the AVI/ SER file?

what was the size of the video file?

I’m sure we can find a solution to your problem.

The secret is to use the correct video format. Run the video through PIPP which can do some pre-processing and also save the file in a format that Registax will recognise.
