This is two images combined a 1/60 and 2 second image ISO 400 using the baby Tak and canon 450. I'm not sure if I've caught a couple of stars as well but I think they're in the correct place for Chlosinde & Tatjana?

Thanks James. I used the gradient tool in photoshop elements. It’s about the only thing I know how to do in photoshop :) That’s why the sky is darker to the right of the moon when you’d expect it to be brighter.

Gradient Tool not gradient merge. It’s quite easy to use. Drag one image on top of the other and then add a layer mask. Then with the Gradient Tool drag a line from one edge to the other, from where you want to begin revealing one image to the other darker side, and that’s it. If it’s not quite right, undo it & try again. It works well on images when one side or top of the image needs to be a different exposure to the other.
