help identifying strange image artefact

I'm not sure this is the right forum but can anyone suggest what I'm seeing in this image? I've marked two short almost parallel trails. The underlying 'things' are on all the subs and both are moving gradually from left to right so clearly related. I couldn't find anything similar on images taken shortly before or after, so it looks like it is external. Synchronised near-stationary geo-sats of some kind? The FOV in this image is no more than 15' (the main galaxy is 2.4' across).  Maybe some bizarre reflection? Probably something obvious but I've never seen anything like it. Thoughts appreciated!

I think you'll find that they are asteroids (4242) Brecher (top one) and (2217) Etigen (bottom). Both around 17th magnitude.

I checked on Carte du Ciel.

Really?! That's a nice bonus, framing the Arp in a flight-by. I was thrown by there being the two but I guess the similar speed/parallel orbit makes sense. In the future I will check. Can't you tell I am more of a deep space observer ?
