M57 - first test of IDAS filter

I bought a Hutech IDAS light pollution reduction filter. This is the first result from it with the C-11 and EOS350D. 40 mins total with a nearly full moon on the opposite side of the sky (not to mention the light pollution).

Seems to work well.

Further to your pm, this one is probably sharper in detail than any of my originals were. If you just take the ring, increase dpi to 300 or so, and then enlarge it, you'll probably be able to 'find' a lot more in there. Again, as to how true to life the data is after processing, I just dont know. Suppose it could be compared to a 'proper' shot?
