M27 Reprocess

Well its raining hailstones as usual and with nothing else to do, decided to reprocess some data from two weeks ago, happy the way it has worked out.

The usual - ED80 EQ5 unguided, imaged with unmodded 400D at prime focus, 32 x 90 sec subs (48 Min's), stacked in DSS and finished in PS.

The first is just excellent. Can't believe how lovely M27 looks amoungst those stars.

Lovely widefield Bredan tack sharp focus and tracking.

Mick, always think M27 sits nicely in a widefield shot due to the amount of stars visible in the background.

I always prefer to see the object in it's enviroment.

Thanks Billy, would be better to have some clear skies but it's good to have a second go at processing, there always appears to be more in the data than when first processed.

Very good. As has been said - M27 nestled in amongst all those stars is a great way of presenting it.
