Dew heater straps and voltage

Hi I have a dew heater strap that works on 12v. I have a power bank that can select different voltages. If I connect the dew strap to the power bank at say, 5v, would this make the dew strap run at a lower temperature or would it damage it. Its a W&W Astro dew strap.

A dew strap is just a resistor. So at lower voltage it generates less heat. No harm done.
