Stopping threaded telescope parts sticking together?

I agree with a small (almost nothing) amount of grease in the threads. But sooner or later there will be some non-greased parts stuck together, and then you will love these (can be found in different sizes). I use them in combination with a small enough (flat) rubber band between the wrench and the stuck filter/spacer. Very effective.
