Sky-Watcher Evoguide 50 - Apology

The latest delivery of Sky-Watcher Evoguide 50 guidescopes has landed but is much smaller than expected. There are not enough to go around ? 

We were advised the shipment from Synta/Sky-Watcher would be smaller than usual but we weren't expecting it to be this small. We have received only 1/4 of what we ordered so are unable to fulfil existing backorders. 

We understand how frustrating this is to customers who placed their order weeks ago and are still waiting. We sincerely apologise for the situation. It is very embarrassing ? 

We always do our best to obtain stock in sufficient quantities and stock shortages as severe as this one are unusual. 

The next delivery of Evoguide 50 guidescopes is scheduled for late-September. 

After posting this I will email every FLO customer affected to apologise.

We appear to have received our full allocation of Sky-Watcher Evostar 72ED and reducer / flattener.

So far only the Evoguide-50 is in short supply.

We have assigned those guidescopes we received to customers, in date order.

Orders placed up to and including 21st July will be processed and dispatched. Orders placed after 21st July will be fulfilled from the next delivery scheduled to arrive late-Sep.
