Society monthy meeting speakers notifications

Just wondering if a mod can tell me if this is the place to publicise our (Astronomical Society of Edinburgh) monthly meeting speakers so that anone in the are caan attend? Or should I create an event in the calendar? Or both? Or is this too much information to put on here?

Mark it is fine to place your details here. However, we are currently looking at the 'Clubs' item just above the banner which may change things. In the meanwhile carry on where you placed your initial thread.
