just google 'image hosting' you will probably get imageshack.us as the first reply, then there's picoodle.

Click on either webby, browse for your image then upload it on the following screen it will have a few options followed by HTML script. Select the first 'use for forum' script, copy the HTML code and insert it into your message on here, click preview to make sure its worke, then post it.
