Light pollution - CLS or IDAS?

Recommended Posts

So I've been using an IDAS P2 in my imaging train for a while, and it has worked well. I'd been planning to use it as a Lum in the FW to go with a nice new set of Astronomiks, but it turns out that the IDAS is 3mm thick, while the Astros are 1mm, which will throw off my spacing.

Astronomik do the CLS, but there is an IDAS D1 QRO that is only 1.1mm. The CLS is a fair bit cheaper, though I've never tried one.

What do people think? Setting aside the price difference, any strong options either way?
