I have a Tele Optic Ercole on a 16" EQ5 pillar on a Berlebach Uni28 tripod.

I have recently acquired a very heavy 152mm F8 frac and a very much lighter Tak FC100 that I am mounting side by side on the Ercole. A very uneven fight!

The Ercole spec says says 10kg on one side without a counterweight with a maximum of 15kg each side.

Does that mean that so long as the differential between what is on one side of the mount and the other is no more than 10kg, with no more than 15kg on any one side the mount will cope?
