iCap software help

There's an anomaly which rears its head when imaging in iCap, for some reason while in live view the image on the screen is steaming without issue, but when the record button is pressed the image tends to freeze then streams again then freezes and so on.

This does not affect the final video but is still annoying when viewing the image while recording, anyone else have this issue if they've used iCap? the frame count indicator proceeds as normal which is good i guess but the screen freezing is annoying.

It cannot be my computer since it is brand new and specs are more than capable being a 2.6Ghz 12Gb Ram and 1 Tb free space.

When I've been using I cap lately it's done the same as you  have suggested...dont know why either.. as well as that it sometimes can't connect on liveview.. odd..
