phd2 issues i keep getting this message

It means that PHD2 sent a guide command to the mount but did not receive any acknowledgement from the mount that it performed the move.

For things like this I'd recommend to use the option on the Help menu to upload the debug and guide log to the PHD2 forum and ask whats going on. Most likely to be a problem with the cable to the mount.

I would first reinstall ascom and then change cables if that doesn't work. Are you using a USB hub? Those also can cause problems I've found recently.

funny you mention the cable as the wires into the connector do seam loose will send it back and get a replacement and try again thanks
