Buzzard75
I hadn't planned on posting this since the focus wasn't perfect, but I figured there's no harm in it. I got my 12" dob out a few weeks ago and took around 35 images of the moon in sections and then patched them and stacked them all together in Photoshop before doing some creative editing. All the images were shot with my Canon 750D at ISO 100, 1/250s, using my 12" dob and a 2x Barlow to achieve back focus. The stacking and patching resulted in an image that is almost 87.5MP. Ruud
Wow, 10800 pixels wide. That is a large mosaic by any standard. Most impressive!
