DSS new version crashing...

Hello all i have down loaded the new virsion of DSS 32 bit and when i stack my subs it keeps crashing,this never happened with the older version i used...any ideas.

Same thing happened to me so I used the 64 bit version, that worked fine.

I tried the 64 bit version,just to see and that wont work as my OS is 32 bit.

Forgot to add i am using win 7,any comments really appreciated.

read the README file that comes with the installation. There is a section for people who have not kept Windows7 up to date. We have put in a link to the specific MS update package you require. (If indeed its the Window10 backwards compatibility libraries that are missing.)

 

Its also helpful to the devs to give specific details of the crash - what on screen messages or not were observed. As a consequence I've provided the most likely guess as to your problem and it may be wrong.
