Which luminance filter for mono DSLR?

So thanks to angryowl, and a cheap 20d from ebay, I now have a mono sensor Canon 20d.

I was wondering what filter would be needed to take luminance data, with a reflector and a refractor (if there is a difference)?

I plan on using Ha and Oiii with it, and benefit from the increased resolution, but thought it might be nice to comine the L images with other RBG images I already have.

Thanks

Adam.

I think L filters are just plain glass with an ant-reflection coating used to keep the focus distance the same.

You might benefit from using a light pollution filter of some sort?

I though maybe there was UV IR cut, but it isnt need for a reflector or refractor?  If it's only for focus then I'll not bother with it!
