The BAA's Spring meeting will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne on Saturday May 5, 10 am to 6 pm. The theme of this meeting, organised in conjunction with the Newcastle Astronomical Society, is ‘Astrophysics and Astronomy today’.

We have a great line-up of speakers from both the professional and amateur community. The latter includes talks on practical occultation astronomy and spectroscopy.

Non-members welcome.
