But then are they not legally bound to pay for it? How does that work?

When its a fake theres obviously no scope to buy and in this case you'd just point out the false description.

I've reported it to Ebay now. Having already gone through this with my mum and her TV, and the nightmare we had after it had been delivered. Better to let Ebay sort it before it's too late. That's not funny for £300.

Can you let us know if you hear anything? This sort of thing really annoys me.

The descroption also says the mount is motor driven dual axis - you cant see ANY motors in that picture. I'd concur its a 150 on an older EQ3-2 mount.
