Self-fixing Flats

Happy days!

I just noticed a big splodge in my old flats has disappeared. Not sure exactly how but I'm very pleased, should make flat calibration that much easier.

Sensor cleaning may have dislodged some dust. Good result

I actually disabled sensor cleaning to prevent changes in the flats...

Luckily, the splodge disappeared before I took my lights.

They come and go. I even had a mobile spot changing in flats as I captured them every three seconds, so clearly some small thing was walking around on a surface. The weird bit, though, was that I couldn't find it. I used a magnifying glass on all surfaces and found nothing, so I put everything back together and tried again. The pedestrian was still there!
