Hello,

This night was the most transparent night in my life. With the naked eye I saw the stars of the 5th magnitude in conditions before the urban.

The Great Nebula in Orion was like never seen before. You could see almost all the nebulae along with the Trapeze cluster. I made a sketch, the views were not forgot to see the dark batch of the nebula. smile.gif

The Great Nebula in Orion is the brightest diffuse nebula in the sky, visible to the unaided eye. It is located in the constellation Orion, south of his Belt. M42 is distant from Earth by 1344 ± 20 light years and hence it is the nearest star forming area.
