Got my new focuser for Xmas but after fitting it realised I need an adapter to get the DSLR onboard.

Anyway for the 1st time ever in clear skies I piggy backed the dslr to see what I could achieve and here goes....... both are 120s x 10 subs stacked in dss slight messing in psp

If it's marks on the lens that you want to fix, then I think it's flats that you should be adding into the mix. Darks will help reduce thermal noise/hot pixels, but flats will correct for dust bunnies, grubby spots and vignetting.

 

I know the theory.....just seem to be struggling to put it all into practice!
