First clear night for a while, but felt like there was quite a lot of moisture in the air. Perseus is slowly rising out of the murk in the east.

Canon 350d, C8-N. 16x30s @ ISO-800. Maybe actually a little too much exposure - ISO-400 might have been better. Also not sure of the tracking - some of the stars have a little elongation to them, but not too much. I'm having to use my old dual axis drives on my CG-5 while waiting for my EQ-5 Synscan.

Nice one Trevor...

I literally missed the "pair" lastnight as I forgot to adjust the rotation of the camera to get both in the frame - I'm new to this narrow field stuff :smiley:

I was suprised lastnight that it wasn't as clear as I thought it was going to be especially earlier on in the night..
