opticstar PX-75C ASCOM?

Hi all, have been trying to find out if this cam works with nebulosity v4.1, nothing listed apart from the ascom cam, but can't find the driver for this cam, tried some of the other opticstar cams and has error in setting BIN mode when you can only set 1x1, my pc has issues with the supplied "opticstar view" and "etamap software". hope to get this cam working right. all the best Tony

Hi All, just re-installed drivers and still having issues with "opticstarview" where it downloads 1 image than crashes but not before downloading the rest of the images as blanks? not great cam/ driver/software which is why we need a ASCOM driver.hopefully get it sorted. all the best Tony

Hi Michael, will probably do that, this cam works with other software like sharpcap2 and crateret, in fact anything that uses  Microsoft’s DirectShow model, but just use nebulosity all the time, me being lazy I guess!  opticstar  probably not interested  in releasing an ASCOM driver on this cam, thanks for the info. all the best Tony
