registar not opening tiff file?? frustrating!!!!!!

hello

anyone have any iussues with registar not opening a tiff file iv spent all day processing all the channel so want to run them through registar but it wont open one tiff file? all the others open fine? any ideas??

If it has been processed exactly the same as the others... then it is a bit odd.    The only experience I have of this type of thing is 'compression'. Some programmes offer many levels of compression when you save a TIFF  file. I don't think Registar likes this and wants all the files as 'natural' as possible. 

Open the file in PhotoShop or the like and try to save again without any attempt to reduce the size..... Hope it works out.
