M27 - first shot at sketching a planetary nebula

A recent astro-trip to France was quite successful. I managed to do some sketching between observing and taking photographs, something I always try to squeeze in when the object and circumstances are favorable and I have the time to spare at the scope.

My sketches are made "as is", no further tinkering the day after. I just invert, digitally clean up the smudges and sometimes I add some "touch" to represent the feeling at the eyepiece. (like some star color or background brightness)

Anyway, here's my try for M27.
