Digi T ring

Hi

Just been looking to get into astro photography i have 2 cameras one a Sony dscv3 (which i have a lens adapter and step down ring 58 - 42mm) and a Fuji s5600 with step down ring (55 - 42mm). What i am after apparently is a digi T ring does anybody know where i can get one from (UK) and if they still exist ? I know i have to afocal photos as my lens cannot be removed on both cameras but as i have these cameras i would like to give it a go.
