Filter wheel and in-focus

The answer to this may be obvious but here goes -

I am considering buying a ScopeTeknix filter wheel which is 19.5mm thick.

Will I need an extra 19.5mm of in-focus or more than that?

If it matters, this is for the Explorer and Atik.

Do you use the Atik with a nosepiece ATM? With the filter wheel I screw mine onto the T adapter after removing the 1.25" tube bit, then the Atik goes onto the filter wheel via a male/male T thread adapter.
