Tube width of the SW SKYMAX 180 MAK-CASS OTA ?

Can some kind person please let me know what the greatest width of this tube assembly is please, excluding the bracket and finder of course?

I'm trying to find out for a friend who wants to mount one of these on a fork mount, and he needs to know the inside width of the fork that will be needed to accommodate it.
