This came with an Old SBIG ST-6 camera I inherited, and not sure what it is, looks like a reducer or flattener of some sort, or both, but not sure, it has a 2" nosepiece around the lens, or it can be fitted together as per picture, and fitted to the front of the camera, this then leaves a female thread on the front, thanks in advance

Is it a positive or negative lens? I thought it looked like an old tele-extender.

No idea, all I know is it came with the camera when supplied new, it's an SBIG item I believe....

I think I have found oit, it's an older Optec Lepus 0.62x telecompreser  or reducer....this one I think with the dedicated SBIG camera adapter
