Second hand, 160€. Should I invest one since I just started doing AP with 500D?

It depends where you're imaging. Urban with LP, definitely - dark country side, probably not.

This was taken 30km from Helsinki without any LP filtering.

You could modify your 500D due to wider HA limit of IDAS LPS P2 though..

that seems a tad expensive for 2nd hand. I've bought 2, both 2nd hand and both cost 104 euro

Really? Even if retail price is about 260€?

BTW, heres example sub of 2 mins from my backyard. I recon that this "hue" over the image is caused by light pollution. Is there possibility that there is too much LP?

Maybe they're more expensive where you live. FLO do them new for around 220 euro.

Your image looks about right for imaging under light pollution. This filter will change that dramatically and allow you to take longer subs.
