Meade DSi convertor

Guys,

Is it possible for me to purchase an attachment where I can use my Canon EOS lense on the DSi (Mk1) for wide field imaging ?

I've had a look around, but hopefully someone can put me on the right track.

The DSI has an M42 screw thread, so if you have an old M42 lens knocking around it should just screw on, I have tried with a 50mm lens but not had clear night to try out yet
