Heart Soul and Double Cluster - final(?) result

Thanks to everyone who gave advice on processing and especially KOCS whose excellent example provided me with a yardstick to aim for even if I didn't quite make it!

I think I suffered a lot with cloud, because in the end only stacking the best 25% brought out the most tiny stars. There are some very small faint ones that could be stretched out but they are so close to the noise... very hard to decide how much red to leave in, whether to leave the starfield dim or to try and make it sparkle and if so how much...

In the end I think I got the stars right but the nebula wasn't quite right and lost definition, so  added in a bit of an earlier run.

So here's the final result. For now

Wow! Imagine if you didn't have some cloud! Stars just bursting out the seams of this photo. And the lovely nebula! Let us know of any updates
