Driver - needs to retake it's test, I think!

Recommended Posts

I have one of the older versions of the Neximage (ca 2006), which runs on the SPC drivers , which I have downloaded from here.

*I run the exe file and it tells me to reboot, which I do. After this the camera is visible to the system and passes my light/dark test [remove cover, screen goes white; replace cover, screen goes black]. So far so good.

But, having switched off my computer and restarted it later, the laptop cannot see the camera at all [Device Manager, USBview]. I have tried moving it to another USB port and it still is not visible.

By running the exe file again, it will remove the software*. I can then repeat *>* ad nauseam. However, I would really like the drivers to remain operational after a reboot. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
