One single shot using my Canon 650D ISO800 1/1250th sec.

I tried a mosaic but for some reason I did not take the individual shots well enough to stich together.

The three detailed shots were taken using a ZWOI120 MM, 1000 frames stacked in Autostakkert and processed in PS.

Sun sets over:

Anaxagorus (ray crater) and the Lunar North Pole region

Langrenus, Vendelinus, Petavius

Mare Crisium.

One day I hope to achieve that. What lens did you use on the Canon?

Cheers.

I am not using a camera lens. For the whole Moon image and the detailed images I connect directly to the EP holder of the 9.25 SCT telescope. That is effectively a 1.5m telephoto lens as far as the Canon is concerned. Because of chip sizes for the ZWO camera it is even bigger.
