New Zealand retailers

I've a relative in NZ who's keen to take up the hobby and he's asking me for advice. First of all I said I'd find out where he gets his gear from. 

So residents of NZ unite, assist a countryman and tell me where the good stores are please. Bricks and mortar or online will do.

A simple search on google using "astronomy retailers New Zealand" gives :

That is about half that appear on the first page of results, cannot be bothered to look at the second page. Google has it's uses.

Thanks, I did that too but was looking for experience based recommendations. I should have been clearer.
