Veil with Lightwave 72 ED R and DSLR. 2nd Light.

This is my second image from two nights ago. I love the Field of view of this scope. This one has actually been cropped right and left to get rid of blobby stars.

To be honest, I'm not happy with the stars towards the edges. My first light effort a week or so better was much better. I think I either didn't get focus spot on or the LP filter didn't agree with it. Comments and suggestions welcome. I also need more data, longer subs and more of them! This was 11 X 5.5 min subs, iso 800, Skywatcher LP filter, Stacked in DSS and processed in PS and gradient removed in PI lite. Canon 100D

Looks like the skies this week might be more promising!

I pushed the processing a bit more. Reduced star sizes, clarity in Camera Raw filter, reduced yellow. I think this is about as good as I can get from this data. What a lovely skyscape this is!
