Hi,

I am in the middle of a painful experience with Tecno Spica in Jaena, Spain : I ordered a 2" Baader diagonal with Zeiss prism on their website in February this year, being all happy that it was still on stock according to their website. I placed my order, paid by bank transfer and after a week, asked for a status update... Then they said : sorry, we don't have any and Baader no longer produces it... Damn, ok, so what's next ? My order is cancelled since I don't want to buy any other item. I send them my IBAN to get my money back, and this is where the troubles start... We are in July, almost August, countless e-mails with no answer, and I still don't have my money back. I did access the European Consumer Centre to support my case and act as a mediator to get a refund, it's in progress.
