Celestron Travelscope 70 Starfinder

I have only just started getting back into my astronomy since my hubby bought me the Celestron Travelscope 70 for last Christmas so I have loads of questions to ask from time to time. Why when I look through my starfinder (with the target on it) is everything upside down?

In a refracting telescope -- a telescope with a lens -- the image will be upside down. If you also have a mirror near the eyepiece to make the viewing angle more comfortable, the image will be mirror reversed as well.

If your telescope has a small refractor finderscope this will give an inverted image
