Firecapture auto align

Has anyone had an issue with the auto align in firecapture ,i usually use ezplanetary but knowing firecapture is the better sw i tried the other night ,centred jupiter up ,synced cart du ciel on jupiter now when i auto aligned, jupiter moved out of centre and was not centred too the four red dots ,turned off and jupiter returned to centre of screen ,i have asked torsten and will screen shot next time i get a chance ,but has anyone else come across this before,maybe i`m missing something or have done something wrong .
