The Royal Astronomical Society was founded in 1820, and over the almost 200 years of its existance has formed a suberb library with a great number of interesting and unique items.

Yes, I used to love using the RAS library when I lived in Hampshire.  It was wonderful to spend a few hours in the library and relax in the fellows room, ah, those were the days.
