Astrozap Flexi-heat dew shields are now available to fit the Celestron SE series.

A combined flexible dew shield and heater tape is such a good idea it is a wonder other manufacturers don't offer them - you really do get the best of both worlds!

The source of heat is a thick-film heater manufactured for operation at 12 volts. Sixty-six percent of the surface area is heat emitting for a more even heat distribution with no localized hot spots or burnouts. Best of all, it won't create heat wave disturbances.

Astrozap Flexi-Heat Dew Shields are made from durable yet lightweight ABS plastic and lined with black felt for increased contrast. A two-inch sewn neoprene rubber material wraps snugly around the telescope optical tube assembly, keeping the dew shield in place and eliminating any chance of dew formation!
