Heads up: Sleigh sightings this Christmas.

Excellent festive news. The sleigh will be passing overhead on Christmas Eve, and is visible from the UK again this year. Great chance to enjoy it with the kids.

According to the elves, it's passing through Capricorn in the south west at 17:21, but visible a few minutes either side of this. Only reaching an altitude of 18 degrees.

Give it a few more days, and it should be confirmed on the "Not Another Santa Appearance!" site' although for some reason they have an elaborate hoax going to pretend it's not a sleigh.

We seem to have been lucky the last couple of years. Last year we watched with my neighbour's grand son, the look on his face stayed with me all over Christmas.

Good stuff. We saw it with our kids last year too. It was a genuinely heart warming piece of deception :-)
