The 12V DC Supply Cable is a useful 1.2m (approx 2m when extended) coiled cable that connects one dew-heater tape to a 12V DC portable power-pack or other suitable power supply.

Includes a Power LED on the cigarette-lighter plug and 3.5A safety fuse located in the silver nose-piece. Compatible with Astrozap, Kendrick and other quality-made heater tapes.

Please note: A heater-tape connected directly to a suitable 12V power-supply will be running on full-power. This won't harm the tape but with smaller apertures it might result in the optic being warmer than is necessary which might effect the view and waste energy. The alternative is to use a controller such as the Astrozap Dual Channel or the Kendrick Digifire 7.
