PixInsight, Windows Update Problems??

Hi there, PI has always worked well for me, but yesterday and still happening today, things seem to have chaged.  Some things are just annoying; i.e., saved favourites seem to have dissapeared?, Other are more of a pain; like Batch Processing has stopped working?  When I try doing this in exactly the same way as I always have done (using Bias / Flats & Lights) I now get this when I run the diagnostics:-

I alway get the warnings (really should stop using dashes ), but any Idea why it is saying invalid file format, never seen this before??

One thing I am slightly nervous about is just before seeing these problem, Windows 10 did some sort of update.  Pobably a coincidence, anyone got any ideas / advice on what to try

Anyone know what is going on with this, it is being to really irritate me now .  What is causing the statement: *** Error: No installed file format can write .xisf files., as I never used to see this

Try following the steps in section 3.9 of the Pixinsight faq.

I saw another similar post and those steps seemed to resolve it.
