Earlyer while I was looking at the moon with my c11 scope and titan ccd camera I managed to save 3 or 4 files before window dicided to close the program leaving me no choice but to restart it, this happened three times no reason given other it needed to debug then it shut down the program, has anyone had problems like this before?

Very rarely and that's using three Atik cameras on most good nights. The cameras are sensitive to voltage drop and USB connection. Images then break up into black and white bands or zigzags but this doesn't seem to be your problem?
