New season - what challenge?

The new observing season is upon us and I'd like to achieve something more than being a random space tourist.  I need a plan!  (or maybe a couple of plans).  I've got a nice imaging set up with a WO FLT123 and a C11 and a pair of Atik 460s (mono and colour). My visual kit would be a FLT98, a telementor or an sct.

My back garden is not particularly dark (glimpse of Milky Way sometimes), but not inner city, and my horizons are lost to about 30 degrees generally and a bit more south (unfortunately!)

So......I'm looking for suggestions for a mixed observing/imaging programme.  What might be fun and get my enthusiasm up?  How do other people plan and log their sessions?

Thanks  :icon_salut:
