Annoying Photshop issue!!

Got some M33 data last night.. only managed to get an hour of subs once all the bad ones were chucked.

started playing with some processing today and I got reminded of a funny issue I had with my last image..

When Im processing and im viewing the full image, after a few stretches and you start to see the DSO,

It looks like almost like its at a really low bit rate or something.. or just really badly taken, but if you zoom in.. 

then it seems to resample itself properly and comes out looking like it should. 

Anybody else had this/fixed this??

P.s only very light 10 minutes processing so far

Update.

Ive noticed it must have something to do with the adjustment layers.. because if i flatten the image, the problem go's away

Yes the PS "preview" does that.  It will "fix" itself after a few seconds - especially, as you have found, if you zoom, move or resize the image.

Ah ok,

the trouble is.. it doesnt seem to fix itself. Just sits there looking rubbish!

mine does it as well, i just zoom in and out problem fixed, it  worried me the first time it did it
