Televue 5 x PowerMate vs Meade 5x Tele extender

Right guys, needs your advice.

I'm thinking of splashing out on either a Televue 5 x Powermate or a Meade 5 x tele extender. Has anyone experience of one or preferably both so I can make an informed decision.

Going to be used for Lunar / Planetary photography

I have tried the 2X ( 2") version of both. A relative bought me the Meade not realising that I already had the Televue. I compared both - I kept the Televue. It was lighter , smaller and more importantly produced better star images near the edge of the FOV. The 5X Televue , which I also have , I believe is also the best.
